Intro and overview
PRICE JUST REDUCED TO $52,900 !! Here is an outstanding 35 ft cruiser/racer at an outstanding price. This C&C 35 MK III is a well equipped, well cared for, one owner boat. She has been sailed lightly, raced some and shows outstanding care and maintance. The boat is very clean and odor free. Some of her design and equipment highlights include: her C&C design heritage, easily handled, pleasing aesthetics, a beautiful teak interior, shallow C/B draft, 12V refrigeration, new Raymarine instruments and Garmin color chart plotter, auto-pilot, folding propellor, SS rod rigging, and two sets of sails. One set is dacron for cruising and one set is mylar for racing. Her PHRF handicap number is 135. If you're looking for a dual purpose performance cruiser or cruiser/racer don't miss this beauty.

Salon, Galley and navigation desk
The interior of the C&C 35 is very nicely paneled and finished in satin varnished teak with a warm glow to all interior spaces, salon, galley, and cabins. The cabin sole is teak and holly. Convenient teak handrails are overhead port and starboard. There are several other noteworthy handholds thru the main salon and galley. They are strong stainless steel vertical supports, three in all, one in the galley, one at the nav desk, and one near the mast. The mast is keel stepped. All interior cabinetry is also teak joinery, with hinged or sliding doors and drawers. It's hard to believe one is aboard a serious, midsize, performance cruiser. The salon is amidships and bright and airy with four large windows. Each window has an accordian type, folding blind for privacy . To port is a "U" shaped, or three sided upholstered settee with a square teak table. The upholstery is a warm coral or mauve color with thick, comfortable cushions. Behind the settee is a shelf and compartments with sliding teak doors. The table can be expanded to twice its size by adding a hinged second half. To starboard is a straight settee similarily upholstered, also with storage cabinets behind and above. Both settees are in very good condition and comfortable.

The galley is to port of the companionway, aft of the port settee. The galley is "U" shaped, with double, stainless sinks, 12V Nova cool refrigerator- freezer, microwave and a Hillerange LPG 3 burner stove and oven. The countertops are fiddled in teak to prevent items from sliding off the counter when heeled. There is a very nice varnished top for the Princess stove which when in place doubles the galley counter space. There is handy dish and utensil storage space behind the galley counter, with sliding doors, and more storage under the double sinks. A manual fresh water pump is here also. A full length SS safety bar and grab rail gives one safety and security when cooking underway.

The navigation desk, distribution panels and radios are to starboard of the companionway. The desk, with an opening and supported top is large and will easily accomodate good sized charts, books, etc. Built into the navigation desk are two convenient drawers and a storage compartment. The main battery switches are under the navigation seat. The radio and distribution panels are easily seen and accessible. Below on the instrument panel are the 25 watt marine two way VHF radio and a am/fm/cd stereo. A six CD changer is located just to starboard of the companionway. Four separate panels accomodate the AC and DC switching and breakers. There is provision for 4 separate AC circuits and 16 separate DC circuits. There is a handy ACR Blue Seas digital charging and battery condition monitor. At the top of the instrument panel are a matching ships clock and ships barometer. Also at the nav desk are a 110 vac duplex outlet and a 12 vdc accessory outlet. The Raymarine wireless remote auto-pilot control is stored in a handy rack near the radios. Seating for the nav desk is provided by the foreward end of the starboard quarter-berth.

The present owners have added a number of small framed prints with sailing, and beach themes throughout the boat which adds nicely to the boat decor and gives it a finished and homey feel.

Berthing: Quarter-berth, Convertible settee and V'berth
The forward V-berth is very nice. Its spacious, and paneled on all sides with beautiful teak joinery. There is a small bureau, with drawers and enclosed storage space behind four large opening doors. The V-berth can be made private by closing the quality teak louvered door. The V-berth offers easily accessible 12vdc lighting over each berth, a 12 vdc fan forward, and a 110 vac duplex outlet to starboard. The forward head with shower, toilet and vanity is adjacent and just a step away. The head like the rest of the boat is also nicely paneled in teak. The shower head retracts into the sink faucet. The head is a manual type marine head. The extensiveness and quality of the teak joinery and the present owner's care and maintenance of the interior (and exterior), is impressive and adds considerably to the value and enjoyment of the boat.

Electronics & instruments
The owner added some new electronics in 2006. They include a Garmin 12" color chart plotter, 3 new Raymarine ST-60, (wind, speed & depth) instruments, (which are all interfaced to the Garmin chart plotter), and a Raymarine ST 6002 wheel mounted auto-pilot, together with a very handy Raymarine S-100 wireless remote control for the auto-pilot. You can stand on the bow and steer the boat.
