This is the finest example of the popular Fountaine Pajot Venezia on the market. Not only is the boat fully set up for cruising but the overall condition is exceptional. The previous owner was a bit of a maintenance nut and the current owner has made a ton of upgrades to get it truly ready for ocean cruising. There are obvious features such as beautiful, strong, well engineered arch but what's more important are the hidden features. The holding tanks were removed, relocated and upgraded. All the sanitation plumbing was redone with first class parts, logical routing and easy access. You won't find another boat so well equipped to be maintenance free and easy to work on.

Accommodations

Enter the boat in the huge party cockpit under a full bimini. A sun screen makes the cockpit cool and comfortable when the sun comes in from the stern. Entering the saloon a large wood dinner table with seating for 6 is surrounded by a wraparound settee and bench. The bench slides out of the way when not in use. The port end of the settee serves as the seat for the nav station. The spacious galley is on the same level to starboard allowing the cook to enjoy the cocktail hour while keeping an eye on dinner. Down the steps to port in the aft end of the hull is the master stateroom queen berth.  Just forward of the port hull steps is a head with shower.  The forward end of the starboard hull houses a pantry/workshop with ample storage for food, tools, parts, a standup workbench and a freezer. A crew berth/storage locker is forward with access through the guest berth and a foredeck hatch. The VIP double berth is aft in the starboard hull. Forward in the starboard hull is a head with shower and a double guest berth with the same crew berth/storage locker in the forward end of the hull.

Electronics & Navigation

A new Magnavox flat panel HDTV wired for integration with a computer is mounted at the nav station. This allows anyone in the saloon/galley area to watch TV, DVDs or anything on a computer including live streaming video from the internet with the touch of remote. A separate flat panel LCD monitor can be set on the beautifully refinished nav desk or on the dining table for comfort and convenience. All instruments are custom mounted in a panel above the nav desk.
