Overview

The Gulfstar Sailmaster was a vessel ahead of its time, revamping the cave like atmosphere of traditional sailboats with  spacious and well lit accommodations before the advent of the more recent deck salons. Her condition belies her age and you will not find a better example of a Gulfstar 39 than Wind Star

This Graceful  Sailmaster 39 has been recently restored and extensively up-graded. Just what the discriminating buyer is looking for: excellent condition and almost $100K of investment since 2012. Receipts available for all work performed since 2012.

This vessel is a perfect example of a professionally maintained boat with a blank check all of her life. The exterior varnish and clean decks will impress,   Wind Star can be an excellent live-a-board or a wonderful crusing boat for a family or a couple. The master stateroom is forward,  with double access to the spacious head with separate shower. moving aft is the spacious galley and then the main salon devoted to comfort,  including settee/bunks and. She will sleep 6 in the 3 doubles. the nav station is to starboard with a huge hanging locker opposite of the companionway. Master stateroom forward with 6' 10" long berth with foam mattress and custom cabinetry. There is a double hanging locker with shelves, drawer storage and a berth seat with storage underneath.

In the main salon there are settee berths on port and starboard which convert to two double berths. The dinette table is custom made teak, with storage below.

There is a custom floor to ceiling storage cabinet, pot locker, custom liquor locker and custom silverware cabinet. Also, a large storage area under the floor with a hinged cover. The countertops have been replaced.
