         "Sea Crazy" Walk Through

The Sundeck is the hub of the vessel.  From here access can be made to the Fly Bridge, Salon, swim step and side decks of the vessel leading forward.

The Sundeck is a great outdoor lounging area for dinner on deck or afternoon cocktails.  Here is a dining table with chairs and a fantastic wet bar with sink and U-line refrigerator.

Up a few steps is the Fly Bridge.  Here is another great lounging area to watch the ocean go by with settee's all around.  Here too are all the controls necessary to safely control the vessel with a birds eye view. 

From the Sundeck and out one of the side deck doors are wide roomy side decks to the bow.  Here is located the anchor handling equipment with 200' of all chain rode. This can be operated here with a wash down hose bib for cleaning up the chain and anchor.

Down from the Sundeck to the stern is a roomy swim step with outdoor handheld shower and stainless swim ladder.  This area is also used for boarding the launch.

Again from the Sundeck and down into the Salon, one is surrounded by a warm teak interior.  Here is a display case on the aft bulkhead, 36" TV,  Rattan sofa, and chair, helm station and beautiful cabinetry.  There is a sliding door for access to the main deck on the starboard side that makes a trip to the anchoring equipment easy.

On forward and down is a well equipped galley and dinette. This is a very cozy place for an onboard meal allowing conversation with the Chef made easy from the settee.

Forward is a nice bunk room with en-suite head with doors for those in the galley or from the Stateroom.

Back aft is a luxurious Master Stateroom with Queen bed, closets and drawer stowage being ample.  Here also is a 26" TV,  large en-suite head with tub and shower. This is a very nice Stateroom,  where it seems that the builders have listened to what owners want.

         Brokers Observation

"Sea Crazy" is ideal as a live aboard,  weekend get away or would be a very comfortable vessel for doing the "Great Loop". The propulsion machinery is top notch and with the low hours on this equipment may be the perfect opportunity for the prospective buyer.
