Excellent 360 degree view with two opening hatches forward and Texteline sunshades to keep it cool yet not obstruct the view. 15" Magnavox flat screen T.V. and Kenwood stereo CD with 2 pioneer speakers in the salon and teo Jensen speakers in the cockpit. Down the steps to the starboard hull forward is a double birth, moving aft to the head shower and aft to another double birth.

On the port side forward is a double birth, moving aft to the head with shower, and further aft to a workshop and storage area with a Daewoo clothes washer. It runs on 110 or the inverter. This was a double birth and could be converted back if desired.

Access to the engines are through large hatches at the transom steps. There is a cold water shower on the port transom steps and a swim ladder.

Forward in each bow are huge storage compartments. At the rear of the trampoline is an anchor locker with a Lewmar electric windlass. The primary anchor is a 35 lb. Delta anchor with 250 feet of chain. There is also a Fortress anchor with 35 feet of chain and 150 feet of 5/8" rode.

Rig and sails
Aluminum anodized Z-spar mast boom with full batten mainsail with lazy jacks and stack pack sail cover. All heavy duty stainless standing rigging. Profurl roller furling 130 genoa and an asymmetrical spinaker with snuffer is also included. All sails are in very good condition. Dagger boards give the yacht good performance to weather and lets you get into skinny waters when others can't.

Electronics and Electrical
Boat is well equipped with Garmin GPS Chartplotter model 2006 with 600 ft. fish finder option installed new in 2006 at helm along with Autohelm Wind indicator, compass and Ram mike. At the Nav station is an Autohelm GPS with tri-data and standard VHF. There is a 2000 watt Prosine inverter with a built in 100 amp charger (new in 2006). There is a 425 amp hour battery bank (new in 2006) and a new Indel fridge/freezer. There are three 85 watt solar panels with controller to keep the batteries charged. There are two engine start batteries with isolaters. There are four caframo fans, one in the salon, one in the master bedroom, one in the guest stateroom, and one in the workshop.

The boat is already set up for SSB. All that is needed is the SSB radio of your choice. The ground, antenna and aut-tuner are all in place and ready to use. The ground is copper foil. The antenna is a stern mounted 23 ft Shakespear HF SSB whip antenna. The auto-tuner is an SGC "Smart tuner" located in the port aft engine compartment. All wiring is available at the inside nav station. The owner added a small Furuno 16 nm radar unit Sept 07. Model number 1623. The radome is mounted high on the mast and the display unit is in the main salon.

Other Comments
Owner brought this boat from the Caribbean in 2005-06 and cruised the Bahamas in 2006-07. This boat has been maintained by its licensed captain and owner and is ready to go. It is in very good shape. It is equipped with USCG safety gear, replacement sun screens for windows, hatches and ports, many tools, many spare parts, dishes, linens, propane barbeque, lines & fenders.

Note wind instrument was recently found to be not working. It has not yet been diagnosed)

There is a robust set of dingy davits which easily support the Caribe 9 ft RIB inflatable and Yamaha 4 HP outboard motor.

The boat also has 3 solar panels which together produce enough power, (about 7-8 amps), to run the fridge/freezer without draining the battery.

Also available is a large EV liferaft, with canopy and support tube. The raft is not presently in certification. See line drawing.
There is also a rain water collection system and screens for ports and hatches as well as a screen for the entry door.
