    Vessel Walk Through

   First impressions of "Bel Ami" are those of and exceptionally well kept and capable vessel.  She is so clean that my camera had trouble focusing on some of the Close-ups.

   Stepping aboard her port side,  very little heel was noticed.  All canvas is fresh,  new and clean with clear isinglass.  Continuing forward one notices that the standing rigging is mounted on the inboard side of the sidedecks,  affording an unobstructed walk to the bow.  Running rigging is bright and new.  She has a furling mainsail and roller furling jib,  both in great condition. Standing rigging appears to be in excellent condition.  Decks are very clean and are solid all around the vessel.  The ground tackle consists of a "Bruce" anchor with chain and nylon rode. An anchor handling electric winch is here underneath a lockable hatch.

  All stanchions are stainless and firm with the bow pulpit being constructed of stainless steel,  which is straight with no dings or bends noticed. "Bel Ami" has an excellent set of stainless davits (to handle the dinghy) and a barbecue.

   "Bel Ami's" Cockpit is very roomy and well organized with plenty of stowage lockers and top notch navigational equipment.  All running rigging is led here with locking cams and "Lewmar" winches being in excellent condition.

  Stepping down into the Salon one is faced with a bright, clean and well laid out interior. There is ample light here and large hatches that will provide ample ventilation when not under the air conditioner.  The galley is immediately to port upon entering the cabin consisting of a double stainless sink,  a very nice "Hillerange" two burner stove with oven,  "Samsung" microwave and a large "in counter" refrigerator/freezer.  Ample stowage is here for pots, pans and kitchen utensils.

  The head is located to starboard and is very roomy.  Here is an all fiberglass structure with sink, shower and a Manual pump "jabsco" toilet.

   The Salon has newly covered "Ultra Leather" settee's to either side with a large dining table offset to starboard.  There is plenty of stowage behind and inside  these settee's.

  The navigation station is on the aft end of the port settee,  which is well equipped and convenient.

  Forward is the bow cabin,  which has room for two adults to sleep comfortably.

  Aft and to starboard is a second cabin with a cedar lined hang-up closet and birth, which will sleep two comfortably oriented athwartships.

  Overall,  "Bel Ami" is in tip-top shape and is a pleasure to behold.

  Please note, that the Dinghy and new Yamaha outboard are negotiable; however, not included with the vessel.

         Engine

*   Bruce anchor approx. 33.lbs.  with chain and nylon rode.
*   Electric anchor winch in forward lockable hatch.

         Electrical

*   12 VDC and 120 VAC panel with charge meter, battery test 1 and 2, bilge pump          mode,  auto or manual, and 12v cigarette lighter type outlet.
*   One "Duracell Ultra" start battery and two "Trojan T-105" house batteries,  new       2013.
*   "Charles" battery charger.
*   Engine driven alternator.

         Electronics

*   Raymarine c-125 multifunctional navigation system, new 2015.
*   Standard Horizon Quest-X GX1500S VHF with Ram-3 remote handheld in                   cockpit.
*   Raytheon ST-60 wind with true and apparent.
*   Raytheon ST-4000 Auto Pilot.
*   Raymarine speed log and depth.
*   Clarion CD/Stereo M5675 with Salon and cockpit speakers.
*   Naxa 13' flat screen TV in Salon.

         Galley

*   Hillerange Stainless two burner stove and oven.
*   Samsung microwave oven.
*   Double stainless sink with tall spigot and hot/cold pressurized water.
*   In counter large refrigerator/freezer.

         Mechanical

*   Marine air 16000 BTU air conditioner.
*   Rule bilge pump 2000 gph.
*   Hot water heater.

         Sails

*   Doyle forward triangle roller furling and in excellent condition.
*   Doyle Mainsail mast furling and in excellent condition.

         Brokers impressions

   "Bel Ami" was a pleasure to view and is in excellent condition. From a Brokers standpoint,  she is real opportunity for the fortunate Sailor that acquires her and will probably not be long on the market.
