Accommodations
TWO PRIVATE CABINS, TWO HEADS. The yacht is entered amidships and immediately forward of the companionway to port is her elegant and spacious U-shaped main seating area surrounding a finely finished teak table that opens for extra guest dining. Opposite to starboard is an extended length settee. Forward is a full head w/shower and a private cabin with queen offset berth. There are two overhead opening hatches in the main saloon and one overhead hatch in the forward cabin.

Immediately to port of the companionway is a complete sit-down Nav area with full circuit panel and a walk through to the aft head and owner's cabin.

Aft of the companionway steps and to starboard is the huge galley area with walk through to the owner's en suite private cabin. The owner's cabin has a queen berth on center-line with ample walk around space and numerous hanging and storage lockers. The owner's head has a separate stall shower. There is a large opening overhead hatch in the owner's cabin.

There is full standing headroom throughout the yacht and opening ports in all areas for cross ventilation. The entire vessel is extremely light and airy with beautifully finished woodwork and more than ample storage in several hanging lockers, galley, and pull out drawers and cabinets.

Galley and Plumbing
The galley will delight the most critical chef. Huge counter prep areas, loads of cabinets and storage lockers, deep double refrigerated coolers, and double SS sinks on center-line of vessel. Overhead lighting compliments the entire galley area.

Electronics
ALL NEW ELECTRONICS. This vessel is fully equipped for offshore passage-making.

Deck and Hull Equipment
The dark blue hull on this vessel gives her a look of distinction among her peers. Her hull and deck appearance show the pride and care her owner's have taken with the yacht. Wide side decks and complete walk around space from bow to stern make for convenient movement around the vessel for docking, anchoring, handling emergencies at sea and simply lounging at anchor or at the dock. Her center cockpit is roomy, and safe at sea. And the low coach roof affords incredible visibility fore and aft. A Full Bimini shades the entire cockpit.

Mechanical & Engine Room
COMPLETE ENGINE UPGRADE. New engine installed (2000) with all necessary equipment. Engine has only 500 hours. This NEW YANMAR greatly improves the performance and dependability of this vessel over any other Hylas 44 on the market. Another unique feature of this vessel is the Campbell Sailor prop. This revolutionary high aspect prop has been engineered to be highly efficient in forward or reverse while presenting minimal surface area and drag while sailing.

Sails and Rigging
Sails are all in excellent condition. Provision has been been made at the mast to add an inner fore-stay to convert this vessel to a cutter if desired. Mast was removed at refit in 2001 and totally reconditioned.
SHE IS TRULY A "SAIL-A-WAY" VESSEL.

Brokers Comments
VERY LITTLE CAN BE ADDED ABOUT THIS BEAUTIFUL VESSEL. THE SPECS AND LONG LIST OF NEW EQUIPMENT SPEAK TO THE CARE SHE HAS HAD BY HER PRESENT OWNER. SHE WAS REFIT IN 2001 TO BRING HER UP TO "BETTER THAN NEW" CONDITION. ONLY A DRASTIC CHANGE IN THE OWNER'S CURRENT PLANS MAKE THIS ONE OF A KIND YACHT AVAILABLE.
