AccommodationsThe forward cabin has an ample V-berth for two. There is a hanging locker and storage locker with four drawers and shelf above to starboard and storage under the berth on both sides.An overhead hatch and starboard port provide light and ventilation.
The head is just aft to port with a bi-fold door.
The salon has a settee to port that converts to a double berth, and a settee to starboard. Above both settees there is shelving and cabinets. The table is bulkhead mounted on the port side, folding down to seat four for dining.Two opening ports and an overhead hatch, as well as cabin fans give plenty of ventilation.
The galley is aft to starboard opposite the nav station.A large table with storage under,two drawers and space for instruments make this a functional station.
Aft of the nav station is a quarterberth to sleep one or provide plenty of storage space.
The interior is very clean; the teak trim,panneling and cabin sole are varnished.The upholstery is dark blue and in excellent condition.
Engine access is aft of the companionway ladder, in the quarterberth area and from the cockpit.

The seller has no regrets or issues with this Irwin 31; he just wants a larger boat for more extended cruising.
