Jean Marie Finot designed this second generation Oceanis to provide her owners with plenty of cruising performance and comfort, blended with safety and true ease of handling.

Her long waterline of 38' and wide beam of almost 13' create a very spacious cruising interior that can easily accommodate the family or friends.

 Her fin keel with bulb has a low center of gravity which allows her to sail efficiently on all points of sail while providing excellent stability. The large diameter  wheel, coupled to a counter-balanced rudder, provides precise and easy steerage under sail or when maneuvering under power in tight quarters.

This Oceanis 400 has a wonderful layout with two heads with shower, two aft double enclosed cabins, and a master double ensuite forward.  The salon is beautifully appointed in varnished teak for entertaining guests.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Three cabins, two heads.

Owner's cabin forward with double berth to starboard and settee opposite.The head is forward in the bow. Hanging lockers and storage drawers. Hatch overhead and ports port and starboard.

The galley is fore & aft opposite is the table with " U' shaped seating.There is a center-line bench seat at the table as well.

The forward facing navigation station is to starboard aft of the table and opposite the second head.

Two double berth cabins are aft including hanging locker sand storage.

The companionway ladder leads to the  cockpit with pedestal mounted instruments and wheel. A walk through leads to the transom.
