Vessel Walkthrough

Starting forward is the guest stateroom which has a v-berth (new upholstery 2011) and private ensuite head with shower to port. Drawers and storage locker under vee berth. There is a large hanging locker to starboard. Aft and up two steps is the salon with lower helm forward to starboard which has complete instrumentation. Electrical panel and a sliding door to Starboard for deck access. Aft on the starboard side is a custom built in seatee with 2 drawers under for storage. The fully equipped Galley which has a full size A/C- D/C Norcold refrigerator (new 2010).  The standard United Ocean had a under counter model. The oversize Norcold is excellent for extended cruising.  Forward to port is an "L" shaped dinette with new updated upholstery ( 2011) and high/low dinette table that converts to a sleeping berth for two. An access door is to port aft and the entire area is finished with parquet floors. Aft of the door is a Uline Ice maker inside a custom locker. Down two steps to the large master stateroom with a center line queen with custom innerspring folding mattress. Built-in vanity to starboard. Built-in drawers and storage on portside. Two large hanging lockers. Bookshelves across the aft side of the berth. The ensuite head with tub/shower is forward to starboard. All the interior teak is in excellent shape with no staining.

Galley

The galley is a custom layout and offers all one need’s to feel right at home when cruising or living aboard. The refrigerator has been moved from the under counter side model to a large Norcold model midship and aft. This allows for a custom seatee on the starboard side behind the helm seat. You add more seating area and a larger refrigerator with out losing storage!
