Overview

The Island Spirit 37 is arguably one of the most spacious catamarans for her size ever produced  Her 22 foot beam provides for a bridgedeck cabin with salon, galley and nav station that rival catamarans in the 45' range.  Her sleek lines, ample sail plan and fine entry also give her excellent performance qualities.

EXHALE has been extensively refit over the last several years and features a complete new interior, new engines and sail drives,  and much more.  The storage capacities of the boat are amazing. This is a well built, well maintained, and affordable liveaboard cat that will take her new owners anywhere.

Owners have 15 years of full time liveaboard experience and know the importance of ongoing maintenance,  The have "gone sailing" twice now and are  ready to move on to other adventures.

 They are now highly motivated and anxious to entertain any reasonable offer.
