Accommodations
Catalina 30 layout is very comfortable for a couple and more friends and family. Walk down companionway to enjoy 6' headroom in salon and galley! Galley is to port and nav station to starboard at bottom of companionway. Aft is full double berth with storage underneath. Move forward to salon L-shaped settee to port with large table stored upright when not in use. Settee to starboard across from port settee. Lots of storage in cabinets behind settees. Move further forward to enclosed private head to port with vanity with SS sink and wand shower and manual marine toilet. Hanging locker is across from head. Private cabin with double V-berth is forward. Sleep extra guests on salon convertible L-shaped settee and single settee. Plenty of flow through ventilation with overhead opening hatch, side opening ports and 4 DC fans.

Brokers Comments
This Catalina 30 looks good for her age and compared to others for sale in this price range. She's not perfect, otherwise she'd be priced above $30,000. Don't be surprised by typical crazing and streaks on some ports, a few minor small dings on deck edges.
