Overview

This is the nicest Morgan 38 on the market. The 384 model is the Cadillac of the Morgan 38's plus the owner has taken great care of her. The Morgan 38 is one of Ted Brewers best designs. These boats have sailed all over the world and are famous for being great sailors. This boat has excellent bright work, gel coat and everything is just right. This is the last 384 ever built!
The Morgan 38 was one of the most popular and affordable boats built in the late 70's thru 1988. She was designed by Ted Brewer and he incorporated many desirable features in her fiberglass molding process. The deck layout is clean, simple and allows for great mobility. The Brewer design allowed for clean lines and a sharp bow entry. The underbody is "split" for reduced wetted surface yet the boat sports a skeg hung rudder in order to support the heavy stresses of ocean sailing. Her sailing character is performance minded so don't be discouraged from club racing.
