Overview

Vessel has been in storage on the hard since last May 2012. The bottom is in excellent condition, the rudder has been enlarged, bearing is good in rudder and cutlass. The hull sides need some touch-up, top sides need paint.The sail inventory had been restitched and cleaned and coated. The lower price reflects the motivation of seller. Most electronics had been up-dated. The electrical and plumbing has also been updated: Galley faucet/sprayer-Apr.2006, Fwd head holding tank w/y-valve-June 2006, fwd head, aft head, & galley hot/cold water hoses-June2006, Parmax 3.5 gpm water pressure pump-Jan 2006, Air conditioner 120V water pump & Groco Bronze raw water strainer-Aug 2006.
