Yacht price
Overview
The motor vessel "Last Chance" is a one of a kind luxury yacht that has undergone extensive renovations sparing no expense or convenience. In 1956, James and Vance Gillikin, of Gillikin Brothers Boat Works in Harkers Island, NC, produced their first "Party Fishing Boat." 78 Gillikin Party Fishing Boats were then built over the next 30 years. One of these boats was "Last Chance."
The Gillikin Brothers were known for their distinctive Carolina Bow Flare, signature fine varnish and bright work. Exceptional construction became their trade mark.
This particular party fishing boat found its way to lower Delaware where the present owner purchased her with a vivid dream of converting her from the original Head Boat to a modern day Luxury Yacht. Approximately 9 years and over $650,000 later, Last Chance is ready for full service. Some of the key upgrades include:
- New Fiberglass Hull
- New Non-Skid Decking
- Rebuilt Detroit 6/71 Engines with low hours
- New Westerbeke Generator
- Newer Electronics
- Entire New Interior Layout
- New Oak Floor and Cabinetry
- New Gourmet Galley
A dinghy hoist davit system was added to the transom with a motorized lifting boom and a custom aluminum pipe weld structure for lifting, lowering, and securing a 13' Boston Whaler with 30hp outboard motor.
Although survey performed in October of 2014 valued this Gillikin 60 at $600,000, she is priced at only $149,900 for a quick sale! Call the number below or send an email message, and we can get you on board at your convenience.
