Overview

This vessel is in a class of it's own. The Columbia 45 series is well know for sturdy construction and very high volume living space.

The owners have upgraded continuously over the years. Some of the more important additions are a bowsprit, large Genoa and the addition of a Gori Prop in 2013 making it a very fast cruiser.

The owners have sailed their family of 4 throughout the Caribbean Islands, the Bahamas and the Florida Keys in comfort and safety.

WALKTHROUGH

First impression at the helm is the very high freeboard and excellent visability. All controls and helm are all well arranged.

Inspite of the height it is an easy entry down the gangway to the first level. On the right is a comfortable apartment style couch and the left is the dining area, custom table and nav station.

Looking aft on the port side is the entry to the very large and comfortable aft cabin. A queensized bed is just the right height with lots of ventalation.

Going back forward we step down into the lower level with a well equipped galley on the port side with an oversized fridge.

Going forward again, we find a full sized head and a double bunk room suitable for crew or children.

At last we see the very large V-Berth forward with hanging locker and great ventalation.

BROKER COMMENTS

This vessel is one of the most spacious monohulls you will find at any price point. The Columbia boats are well known for good construction, priority one when choosing a used vessel.

The owner of this boat has been passionate about making this boat a great saiboat with good speed. This broker has seen this boat, in person, do a very fast passage to the Bahamas, out running a storm front at over 7 knts. The reward of many hours of hard work and expensive equipment purchased by the owner.

The owners are leaving land life to raise their family on a catamaran.
