Aqua 62 Catamaran Cruiser Houseboat

Dreaming of living in paradise, longing for a place that is on the waterfront with an intimate view of nature while having access to major entertainment and shopping minutes away. A place that provides a peaceful sanctuary where you can relax and rejuvenate and when you're ready - a place to provide the space for family and friends to gather.

A home, for a couple that desire a roomy comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. This 1998 houseboat is a floating one-bedroom condominium with a total 2015 custom buildout, designed with the amenities and floorplan that makes it truly unique.

This vessel provides 930 sq. ft. of living space with approximately 750 sq. ft. under air on the first level. While provide a large, partially hardcover covered - over the helm, easily access top deck that can comfortably accommodate loungers and tables for entertaining.

Starting at the bow of the boat, on the living level, there is a good size covered "patio" with a retractable awning. This spot provides room for a table and chairs and a propane grill.

Entering through a set of double sliding thermal pane doors into the "house" you arrive at a 15' x 11' salon. Scanning this room from right to left you will view a Magnavox 55" flat screen TV hanging over a console with an electric fireplace.  Next to it is a high table with 2 chairs. Viewing the center of the room is a glass top coffee table surrounded by a loveseat and a recliner.

This living room is an open concept with the galley (kitchen).  There is an island counter with three chairs facing the galley. Inside the galley counter resided a full dishwasher, Stainless steel sink. Plenty of counter space for food preparation. Behind the counter is a wall totally wrapped with cabinets and counters along with a 2023 5 burner full size oven and stove. The side-by-side refrigerator/freezer is 7 years old.  The 2019 hot-water tank is 35 gallons.

Over on the left before the hallway is the laundry closet. It opens to a stacked washer and dryer unit.

Down the hallway is the sliding door to the bathroom with a Corian vanity sink and a gravity head that empties into a 100-gallon holding tank. The shower is full size with a rainforest shower head. Across from Further down the hallway is the 15' x 11' bedroom with a king-size bed. A 7' x 6' dressing area located next to bed with full mirrored door closets on two sides and built-in dressers on the other. One set of the dressers is designed to store shoes. There is another mirrored door closet across from the bed.

Pass the bed is the double sliding doors with thermal pane glass. Above the door is a power drop curtain blind delivering total privacy. Outside of the doors is a covered porch that provides easy access to the staircase of the upper deck and place for boarding the vessel.

The engine is a 115 hp Mercury outboard. The vessel is kept cool by a 2019 3.5 ton air conditioner
