LIZ is a beautiful 2022 Tiara 4300 Open. She has all the right and best equipment, starting with the biggest available engine package; twin Volvo D-11, 725 hp each. Her straight shaft inboard version is also a plus which does not require the constantly and costly maintenance versus pod drives.

LIZ has a luxurious and spacious interior with salon/dinette/galley room combo. She has two large private staterooms, the forward master stateroom and the port guest stateroom. Her interior is accented with gorgeous Hi-Gloss Teak finish and her teak and holly flooring throughout.

LIZ is professionally maintained and exceptionally kept. Helm air conditioning provides comfort while cruising. She is rigged with engine and thruster control joystick, plus separate bow thruster. Garmin electronics package, hardtop, beautiful teak cockpit table, Rupp Outriggers, ceramic coated much more.

LIZ interior layout and accommodation is amazing consisting of: 

HELM STATION/UPPER COCKPIT: Complete Garmin electronics package, Stidd electrically actuated helm chairs and a wet bar with sink, drawer storage, drawer refrigerator.  At the port side there is a curved companion lounge with swivel seat and storage under. There is an aft-facing mezzanine lounge seat with storage under and a beautiful optional companion lounge teak table. 

COCKPIT: Mezzanine style seating with a freezer and storage under. Two insulated flush floor large storage/fish boxes, which split into four smaller hatches with gas assisted actuators. Molded-in transom door and gate. Large access to the lazarette area.

SALON: Port U-shaped lounge/dinette which seats 4-5 people. High-gloss Teak table, entertainment center includes a 32" flat screen LCD TV, entry steps with storage underneath, air conditioner. 

GALLEY: Corian countertops, stainless steel sink, under counter storage, large pantry, two-burner electric cooktop, microwave convection oven, dual refrigerator/freezer drawers.

MASTER STATEROOM: Large forward master stateroom with queen-size pedestal berth with storage under. Cedar backed hanging locker to starboard, storage cabinets, 19" LCD TV and private entrance to the head.

GUEST STATEROOM: Entry from the salon hallway , upper and lower bunks, storage under lower bunk and hanging locker with shelves

HEAD: Fiberglass head has full frame entry door from salon hallway and/or master stateroom Corian vanity countertop and sink with storage under, mirrored and lighted medicine cabinet, stall shower with glass door and integrated seat. 

FOREDECK: Skylight/hatch system, molded-in fiberglass bow pulpit, anchor locker, automatic rope/chain anchor windlass system, stainless steel bow rail.
